It would be a translator box, with out the dip swithches, it would be tunable by a laptop you could tune in 400 rpm increments and you can do it in real time. It would have two seperate tables open loop(wide open throttle) and closed loop(part throttle cruise) It could also have a nitrous feature where you flip a switch inside the car and it goes to a nitrous table.

BTW, Rob & Dean I just started working on a signal translator to plug in line with the MAFterburner that will allow us to use the product "as-is" on GM-style (frequency-based) mass-air meters. This adapter should be done in a couple of weeks and I'd like to swing down and test it out. How about volunteering your car as a test bed? http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif

Just curious... what is the advantage in artificially altering the MAF output, as opposed to simply going into the PCM and tuning the engine properly?
Also, is this a genuine question, and random response, or is this possibly a shill to advertise the product? Seems odd that the question and the answer match so completely.... or have I (moderator) misinterpreted this?
