Tranny rebuild at Cottman transmissions? Please read

Well my tranny is almost ready to explode. Cottman transmissions will give me a 1 year warranty, a GM 2800 stall or something higher than stock, all the upgrades that the 4l60E has recieved over the years for $1300. I was thinking of buying a Heavy duty unit but alot of core fees and stuff with that or have a board member (12secndz)which builds 11 sec trannys build mine but i can't get ahold of him. What do u guy's think? Opinions,comments?

Dude, stay faaaaarrrr faaaarrrr away from Cottmans. My friend is doing battle with them as I type this. He got his 700r4 rebuilt by them for his 93 TA. After 4k miles it was done, and now they are giving him the run around. His car has been at their shop for 3 weeks now, and still no progress. I'm sure he'll chime in soon.

Buyer beware of Cottmans!!!!!!!!!!!
