MTI b1 cam shaft? Cam Newb here help plz

ok so a guy on the EFA board has an MTI B1 camshaft for sale new inbox for like $375. This seems like a huge steal and I am considering buying it. I really know NOTHING about the pros and cons of cams so can anybody please tell me what they think of this cam, and what things can result from a cam? Good and BAD. I am concerned about internal engine work and ruining my engine. So let me know what bad things you guys have seen resulting from a cam install. And I would like everyone's opinion on the MTI b1 cam. Also this is JUST the cam he's selling so if someone could tell me the other stuff I'd need to buy to get it install. Thanks a bunch guys.
