Anyone good at rolling rear fenders in Central FL area?

I heard you need to keep the paint heated while rolling the lip to prevent the paint from cracking. Need to do it on or before Saturday.

So I take it you've got everything but this sorted out and you're going to be on some big rubber for Sunday? Oh and I've got a BFH that will take care of those fender lips just fine.:D

I was -> <- this close to ordering 335's for the rear. Maybe next time. I got those old school Victoracers though - not the cream of the crop V710's :)

Sam said I'd need to roll the lip because I'm not running enough spring rate. If I ran 300lbs+ on the rear I wouldn't need to...but that's a bit stiff.

Jason - How often do you go to the local SCCA events? I'd like to hit a few for seat time. I see Glenn & Don doing it in the videos. Can I tag along sometime to get acquainted with it? I'll be in SM there, but it almost looks like if one runs SFC's with lateral supports you can't run SM...so if I had those SFC's, what class would I be in?

Not very often, the only real reason I ran with them was because VCC was a whole lot closer than Palm Bay. But now that they have lost VCC (and Palm Bay) plus MSCC has Tavares I doubt I'll run another event with them unless its Gainsville or something.

Anyways I actually drove out to the SCCA's January event in Deland but left without running. Needless to say I was not impressed with either the facility or their organization. Standing in line for 20 freakin minutes just to register is ridiculous. Especally when its windy and <40 degree's out.

If you do run with them there aren't that many differences compared with MSCC. As you know the car classifications are different. 2 point SFC's put you in SM, triangulated ones put you into CP (I think) where any real street car stands no chance of being competative.

Aside from that the only other differnce I can think of is cones are only +2 seconds instead of three.
