I know the Winter Park Village 20 Movie theatre is looking for an assistant manager. They might want Movie theatre expereince or management experience. And another problem they might only stat at $7.50 but there is room for improvement, I have been a manager for coming up 2 years and I am up to $12 an hour, and if I wasn't going to school I woudl be a salary manager. Our 1st assistant got hired from outside a week after I was promototed to manager and she is making about $44k a year(flashlight, and a stack of of her direct deposit forms sitting in the office ;) ). I think a degree helped even though she never uses it.

May not be ideal, but the hours are very flexible... general shifts during the week are 10-6pm and 6pm to 1am, and the busiest times is weekends. so if you have a normal job during the week you might be able to work part time for the weekend.
