Im 16, I live in Osceola, and im looking to get my first car as a project car to work on w/ my older cousin. Im looking for a '98 Z28 V8 6-speed w/ T-tops...I know thats its gonna be a project car but I wanted a little bit of a head start . So far I havent even been able to find a Z28 (well i did find 1 but it was way out of my budget and it wasnt what i was looking for) let alone V8 w/ t-tops (if i can find a 6-spd that will be a bonus but we can change it if its not) I dont have alot of money and since its gonna be a project car its ok if its a lil banged up. I have $2000 in my poket but I want to save up to $5000 since I know that it will be extremely hard to find one for that much. Anyway if you have any advice you can give me I would apriciate it ALOT. ive seen banged up 6cyl ones go for cheap on ebay, as do some 8cyl ones. When one is wrecked I usually here they will be totaled since it can easily be considered frame damage. Ebay has a few from time to time, albeit finding one locally would be much cheaper.
