Post Tonight was a good racing night!!!

Thanks to the weather finally giving me a break, I managed to hit a 2.00 60' time, and got a 13.37 on my last run! I'm thinking 12's are possible with ease later this year without any bolt more mods (like I'll wait that long though). I trapped just over 104 tonight, and think that should go up as the weather cools off. Too bad no one could make it out, maybe next week!

Yeah, but I think I'm going to need just a little bit more before I get to where you are. How have you been running in the heat though?

Actually the last time I went to the track was back in the spring. I haven't been yet because I'm still in the middle of my mod-fest. When I come back in a few weeks, I'm hoping to be in the 12.5 12.4 range.

Plus my car doesn't like the heat.

Well, hopefully right around the time the track reopens next spring, I'll be on a new set of heads and a cc305 and some other toys. You've got the upper hand for now!

sounds great!!!
all you need is a little bti better traction off the line and you will be in the 12's. that is enough mph to get the job done, you just need to get that 60ft into the 1.7's to get the et. try dropping your front sway bar next time and runnign a little more air pressrue in teh front tires. that shoudl eb enough to do it.
great work!!!!!

I may have the upper hand right now, but I bet your wallet is thicker.

Come on now fastbird...we all know that when someone is modding their ride; they have to spend all their extra cashola on their rides. Your not supposed to spend money on other "stuff" or to enjoy life, you have to dump it all into the ride.... LOL

yea right.....

I am in the same boat as you...I am slowly saving for my new rear axle.

Peace all....

I hear ya. Gotta love that tax free income!
And it's real easy to SAVE that money over-seas!
Keep buying the chevy mags and read them over and over again. LOL

Let me know if you get the tour or not.
