$1000 - Nitrous, or something else?

If you had $1,000 or so to put into the performance of your stock 2002 SS...

100 wet shot? Or something else, such as a cam?

What do you think... Adding 30 horses constant, or 100+ horses on command?

I would add the 30 horses constant and then look into a new air lid and filter.... JMO

Cams are cheap, like $120.

How much to put an agressive cam in there, something that'll get me more power than a z06?

To give an educated answer I would need to know if you have a manual or automatic and a list of current mods.

I wouldn't do nitrous until your car is ready for it,same for a cam.You won't see their full potential.If you dont have any boltons,get those.Since you said your car is stock,I would do this:

Lid=$100
Cutout or exhaust=$40-$700
Headers=$400(Pacesetters)
SFC=$100
Gears=$200
Control arms=$100(BMR)

Get all those and your car will be ready to take advantage of a cam or nitrous.FYI a cam would be around $700-800 install & parts.

Hey, anyone who needs parts should go check out ["recommendation" deleted] , their prices are really good. I just bought a supercharger from them, shipping was fast. Good Luck.

I don't think you can post their address. They're not a paying advertiser.

There's a difference between recommending and posting the same thing in every single damn thread in here.

This is exactly right.

Your posts are going FAR beyond a recommendation. Each and every post is the exact same to anyone asking about nearly any part.

It is bordering on spamming which is not allowed any more than free advertising.

Thanks for your recommendations, but please stop.

There are plenty of good sites that we all know of, they are our paying advertisers. They help support this free site and keep it alive.

I asked you to stop with our thanks, and AFTER you made your last post in this thread, you went and posted your "recommendation" TWICE again, which I had to delete.

Again, PLEASE STOP. You call it recommendation but it is too close to advertising to us. We do not allow free advertising here.

THANKS! :)
