chrome gas cover

does anyone know where i can find those aluminum gas covers or chrome like you see on mustangs, vipers, and new eclipse, i want to put one on my 2000 camaro

I believe that they don't make one yet, at least I haven't ran across it. But a few members from here have used a Mitsubishi Ecllpse fuel door. It seems to go on smooth on 4th gens. It's not a direct swap though. It is a custom install.

There was a page that showed u how to install one step by step but it seems to be down or no longer exist. I had it bookmarked and it doesn't work anymore.

Maybe someone has a new link or something. Try doing a search and you will see some pictures some members posted.

I have a brushed aluminum gas door on mine. A few people have had them polished, chromed and even painted to match the car. All depends on your taste.
