Unhappy Vibrations with new driveshaft and rear diff

I just got a new Moser 12bolt w/3.90 and a Spohn driveshaft. My old driveshaft had vibrations and took the pinon bearing out in my 10 bolt. I assumed it was the driveshaft so I replaced it and the rearend. I still have vibrations! They start at 80km/h and get serious at 120km/h+. They are pretty good while under load and WAY worse when not underload! It doesn't matter what gear I am in anything over 120km/h and it vibrates like crazy! I can start to feel it slightly at 80km/h. Anyone have any ideas what I can check? Tranny mount maybe? Rear shocks?
