C1 or C2 Cam?

I want to put in a bigger cam for my car. Im not sure weather to get a MTI C1 or C2 cam. I want to use my stock springs but they have 80k miles on them. If i have to replace them i dont want to spend like 300 on the springs and i have a stock convertor so what should i select.
