What are the specs for a stock LT1 cam and will this work well with the stock rocker arm on a 305? and also how big of a gain will I see by just installing the cam and headers? then what if i put on 1.6 roller rockers?

LT1 Cam Specs96cam4ro 09-10-2003, 05:58 PM 205/207 117 LSA. You're only gonna have about 140 RWHP since it's an auto like mine. With the cam, 1.6 RR's and headers you might do 175 RWHP - you'll barely hang in there with a five-o stang. I say do Vortec heads at the same time and surpass the 200 rwhp mark or just do an LT1 swap and make 230 RWHP out of the box. 92_RS_305 09-10-2003, 10:35 PM Man, to be a V8 that amount of hp sucks.
