327's are good engines. Made from 62 to about 69. 62 to 67 had small journals with steel cranks. Factory ratings from about 250 to 375 for the Corvette fuel injected 65 engines.
Responsive, quick revving engines, and respond well to modifications. But the 350 makes more torque and is easier to find, so it is more popular.
A well built 327 in a light car should run very well.

The 327 was available with hp ranging from 210 to 375. The lower hp engines are pretty much dogs, but they will respond well to cam/head/compression upgrades. If you're looking at a Cobra replica with a 327 in it, you'll probably never really know what the engine is built up with. They're great little engines so just take it for a drive.

I doubt the engine is in original condition - probably rebuilt at least once in its past. Could have anything from 150hp to 400hp!
On a cobra replica (probably a very light car) it should be a wonderful engine.
Have fun!
