How to change Air/Fuel mixture in open loop

What is the best way to change the A/F ratio on my 97 OBD2 PCM in LT1 Edit? I have it set in OPEN LOOP mode always and I am wondering if I should use the open loop vs coolant temp tables, the KPA tables, or the MAF tables?
