Can you put the LT1 Stock cam into the L98 TPI?

I'm gonna pulling a cam out of this Z and I have a friend that has the l98 vette...can you put the LT1 stock cam into the L98?? Would there be any gains from this?

Yes, all you have to do is grind down the dowel pin a little bit, about a half an inch. IMO its not really worth it though, the lt1 cam is .447/.459 205/207 druation and the l98 cam is like .415/.430 207/207, so you'd pick up a little lift but no extra duration.
