Radial Pull???

Got new tires put on and the car was pulling to the left pretty good. Had the alignment done and it still pulls to the left. Guy at Tires Plus said it could be a "Radial Pull" which I guess is a natural pull in a tire. Anyone ever heard of that?

Yup, and it usually goes away if you cross the tires. But, then the shop needs to dismount and mount the tires.

Who ever installed the tires for you should do that for you at no additional charge.
