What's good to use? How about Fantastick or Windex?

If on a clean car, put a wet rag on them to soften them for a while, in the shade if it's hot. Should clean up good. Birds always poop on a clean car.

I usually take a very wet soft paper towel and lightly wipe the crap off. I am careful not to rub too hard which may induce some surface scratches or swirls. Patience is the key because 90% of the time it will come off with persistent light wiping and a very wet cloth, especially on a Zainoed (or waxed) car. Then I follow up with some Z-6 and all is right in the world. http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif I probably wouldn't use something like Windex on the paint though.

I'd use WD-40 before I'd use something like Windex on the paint. The WD-40 won't hurt the paint. The most important thing is to remove the cr@p ASAP.
