and WOW it made a huge difference. I bought the Mother's Clay Bar kit at Pep Boys and did my whole car with it. I bought my car in Nov. 2001 and since then it built up a lot of dirt that wouldn't come out, causing it to feel really rough. I was VERY impressed with this stuff. It made it feel as smooth as glass and it was very easy to use. It also adds some shine to it. It was definitely worth the money.

Sounds like you did a great job! With clay becoming more widely available locally, everyone should clay their cars no matter how old or new the car is. It's really a simple process when used properly and the results are outstanding!

Nice job!

I couldn't agree more. I bought my 97' used late last year. I can garantee that the previous owner NEVER clayed it. I never expected such great results. I did everything right down to the paint under the t-tops and the door jam area. I was very impressed.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot....then I Zaino'd it for the first time http://web.camaross.com/bb/biggrin.gif .

Hey I tried to look for a clay bar today, well I only tried one store. But I couldn't get one there. Does anyone know if Zaino sells to individual customers? Thanks, Debbi

Sure we sell Zaino to anyone, you will have to order it either from a distributor like myself or from the home office at www.zainobros.com (http://www.zainobros.com) I know that WalMart and Pep boys sells the Mothers clay bars.

Clay works great on bugs in the front. Leave the car outside in the rain/damp to soften the buggers. Then wash and scrub good to get
what you can doing that, then use the clay.
Some bugs seem to live on forever, but the clay is the best thing I've used on a black car to get the residue off.

There is nothing that can get your paint feeling so smooth as with a clay bar. I remember how amazed I was the first time I used it.

Autozone kicked the Meguiar's clay out and brought in Clay Magic. Clay Magic is much better than Meguiar's.

Advance Auto also sells the Mother's Clay kit for just under $15.
