CO, MI Zaino Distributor?

Could someone give me the contact info for the Zaino distributor in Colorado (for me) and in Michigan (for my dad).

Also, other than paypal, what other ways do most of the distributor's accept payment? Checks? Could I purchase Zaino from any distributor, or do they all prefer to sell in their own areas?

Alot of the distributors take checks and money orders.
