I just got some vinyl racing stripes and was wondering if Zaino will adhere and coat to them like it does to the clear coat? Also will it smooth out the bump you feel when you run your hand from the paint to the stripes?

You can Zaino on the stripes just like the paint, it will not help the edges of the stripes, you will want to Zaino in the direction of the edge of the strips but not across them.
