Yes Zaino I have used many times. My prob is that I have a new 02 Black SS and I am not sure what to use to clean it. A sponge is a no no and I don't like those cheap mits that are five bucks! What do I use?

115 miles on the clock

I don't want one scratch on my car!

Thanks guys

I don't have any problems using the 100% cotton, solid white, "Super-soft Chenille" Viking wash mits. They can be found at Wal-Mart or any other store that sells car care products. They are around $5 each.

The white colored Viking cotton wash mit has never hurt my black car in 5 years of using one (not the same one) AutoZone also sells them.

The best way to maintain a perfect non-swirl shine is to wax the car every time you wash it. Overkill??? Maybe. But this is my technique, and my car is 14 years old, and the paint looks as good as the 2000 z28 in the garage next to it.
