The kit comes with everything you need parts-wise. The install is not complex at all but it can be a little time consuming. The worst part about the install for me was attaching the filter from the bottom of the car. It is such a tight fit, the filter was VERY difficult to get on for me. The only things you have to remove are the splash guard from under the car, and your stock intake assembly of course. You can put the guard back on if you want, I left mine off to get more air to the filter and haven't had any problems.

As far as any SOTP gains, I couldnt really feel it, but most others say they do.

Good luck.

Re: K&n Cai?

The installation for the CAI is very easy. U might have to drill a small hole in order to mount the tube down, but it many cases it bolts right in. Installation should take about 45 minutes and the kit does include everything u need. u should expect to gain a few horsepower from the install, it won't be a startling difference, but u should feel it on a bone stock car.
