Need Auburn Differential PN

My rear has been making lots of popping noise lately. I took it to the dealership and they said they are replacing it. I have the auburn high torque in my car (came with it from factory) and they have ordered GM PN 12471371 to replace it. I looked around and everywhere I look it says that this PN is for the torsen differential (NOT what I have). Can anyone tell me what the auburn PN would be if this is the wrong one? Thanks

the gm part number for the standard auburn is 26036755. neither are correct for yours if you have the auburn optional unit. they are required to contact slp and they will ship the replacement part as that is who warranties the optional auburn unit. if they don't do that, they are screwing you out of what you paid for.
