Lining Up Hub/Balancer to #1 TDC

I am going to be removing my Balancer and hub to see if they are lined up properly with #1 TDC. The hub has either slipped, or was never installed properly after the engine rebuild.

My question is, is where are the timing marks for TDC on the hub or balancer? The hub has three arms and one of them is pointed, is that it? Or is there a timing mark on the outside edge of the balancer? I looked the balancer over and didn't see one on the edge like on most engines, probably due to the fact that the belt rides directly on the balancer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I did a search and haven't found anything that describes the location and what the timing mark looks like.
Also, when the mark is at 12:00 is that #1 TDC?

Thanks in advance.

The pulley has an arrow or mark on the front and the hub has a line marked on it behind the spokes.

So does straight up, (12:00), mean #1 TDC? For both marks?

I guess both marks will line up together, right?

Yes, they match and straight up (12) could be #1 or #6, depending on where you are in the firing order.
