I have a Toshiba e740 PDA and was wondering if I could hook it up to the pcm in my 94 z28, if I can, what all do I need, and what software will work. I would like to not only watch real time stats on the car, but also would like to edit, (Like LT1_Edit)

Thanks.

u can use it as a scan tool by getting pda software, but you cannot edit the pcm with a PDA.

I have never heard of scanning or editing on a OBD1 computer with a PDA. If you go here http://www.easesim.com/ then you will find some interesting OBD2 PDA software. If anybody knows of any software to even scan with OBD1 and a Palm then please let me know!

I'm with a company called Accelerate Performance Products. We just released TurboLink(tm) for the OBDI F-Body market. It is a PC based scan tool that provides analysis capability on all the ecm parameters as well as record and alarm triggers.

We are working on a PDA version for release hopefully this spring/summer.

You can check out http://www.turbo-link.com

Thanks for the info! Just wondering, how much is Turbo-Link V4 without the cable? Is this not an option?

Without cable is not an option. TurboLink and the cable/circuitry are integrated for connection to the car. The software can be downloaded for free - you can swap files and playback files but cannot connect with that version unless you buy.

We are offering an F-Body special right now. Retails for 295.95 for the next few weeks will be 249.95 + free S&H. Go directly to

or use PROMO CODE Z28PR1QA when you order off the website.

thanks
