Accessories
Just looking over the accessories list on the "Stripe Packages" made me . I was thinking that they would only offer the factory stripes of white or grey. I like the hockey stripes on the older camaros. It just does not do anything for me on the new ones. Maybe I would need to see it on the car or a photo shop pictures.
Also, you are going to see ALOT of differant color combos on the road.

I agree about the stripes for the 1SS. GM can really do some funny thing. When I ordered my 97 Z-28, I did not want T-Tops so I had to ask for the extra pant (for a cost) on the roof so the car would be all red.
If anyone is getting the stripes, it will only be on the hood and the rear deck, nothing on the roof. Why can't they just go from to back? Why leave a void on the top?
That is why I am getting a ragtop this time around.

getting it installed at the dealership is pretty much the same thing as getting it done at the plant, just in a different location. there isnt anything special with them its just a vinyl sticker.

If I'm not mistaken, GM Accessories will offer stripe kits in 5 colors, that I'm sure any dealer will put on any trim level. I don't feel limited by "factory" options. But yeah, I kinda feel like ANY "SS" car should be eligible for factory striping. I guess they're trying to push the uplevel SS. Might be a mistake, only time will tell.
