Ruff Racing Wheels anyone?

I've seen some nice Ruff Racing 19X9.5 wheels on ebay. I searched the net and the wheels forum and they don't seem to be too popular.

Anyone have these or heard anything about them?

They seem like nice wheels, its just the price and the name put me off a little.

They're BMW wheels... and they're only 9.5 inches wide.
