325/45R17 M&H Drag Radial Tires
#3
The M&H specs show that as a 12.1" section width. That's actually narrower than a 315/35-17 BFG Drag Radial (12.4"), so with the correct wheel offset, it shouldn't be too big a problem. Hopefully, you have the rear gears and the HP to use a 28" tire.

I have 275/40r17 ET Street Radial on there now with 3.73 gears and a th400. My shift light is on for a couple of seconds at the top end so I know there is some more mph there and the bigger tire will help me get off the line and get better gas mileage.

If your concerned about track times, why are you using such a short sidewall, plus heavy wheels?
