18X9.5 and 19X10.5 staggered setup, possible?
So before doing any research if they would even fit I bought a staggered rim setup. The fronts are 18x9.5 with a +50mm offset which from what I can figure out should fit fine. The rears are where I may be screwed. They are 19 x 10.5 with a +62mm offset. What's the chance this will bolt up to my 2002 formula. For tires I was going to go with 275/35/18 up front and maybe 295/35/19 on the rear. So am I completely screwed with getting the reArs to fit? Being just rims right now I can easily go with a different tire size if needed. Currently riding at stock height but want to drop it down about 1.5 inches so that will also need to be taken into he equation. Any help you all can give would be great. Went throuh the wheel and tire FAQ threads but still unclear about rears fitting. I do not want to do the BFH mod is can avoid it.
Thanks

What is unclear about the FAQ? It addresses various wheel widths. Wheel diameter is not very important. It's the tire diameter that matters.
It indicates a 9.5" wide wheel with a 49mm offset puts the edge of the tire slightly inside fender. 50mm will be 1mm deeper. You'll be OK, but lowering the car that much will probably cause the tires to rub on the plastic inner fender liners when the front wheels approach full lock, or if the front end hits a bump with the front wheels not straight ahead. Moving the wheels in 1/4" (6mm) might help, but there's no way to do that without using a 56mm offset.
FAQ indicates the maximum offset due to backspace limitations with a 10.5" wide wheel is 56mm. A 62mm offset creates a backspace of about 8.15". That will require a VERY BFH mod, or something like a 3/8" to 1/2" adapter/spacer. to move the wheel/tire back toward the center of the wheel well. Lowering generally does not increase rubbing in the back.

Thanks Fred. For some reason I just could noodle the offset and which way wheels will go. Thanks for the info. Think I will bolt them up on rear and do some spacing to see what works best then order the spacers and some tires. Thanks for your input.
