I imagine I'm going to put the rear springs on myself and then, hopefully, HellaHawk will help me out witht he front springs. He's got a manual spring compressor and has changed out his. How about it Grant? For a 6-pack of Shiner?

yeah, supposedly, if you haven't taken off your front spring since you bought your car then the bolt on the bottom gets really rusted over and is nearly impossible to get off. I plan on saoking it with some wd-40 for a day before even trying to get it off.

Do the rear yourself, it is easy... I removed my own before, piece of cake...
the fronts get em done if you are too lazy to rent a tool and do it yourself at CS seviceks..they do em for the measley price of 40 bucks...
good luck,
Rick

Yeah the backs are drop ins, but the fronts are a pain in the butt. You know I'm just lazy. I wonder how retarded my car would look with just the back springs in?

only way i would do it is with that tool...if you are not sure of what you are doing make sure someone who does is around...Hellahawk on the board has done it before, I would definately consult with him first, I am sure he would be happy to help ya if he is not busy, he drives a black firehawk, try to ask him this wed at car club
