Has the performance rear axle and upgraded rear cover(SLP option) w/ 3.42 gears and it is NOT for traction-controlled cars..Pinion seal leaks just like all the other 10 bolts in our cars..you will have to use the brake-backing plates off your current rear-end or buy some from GM for like $50 or so..I had to use them on my moser unit..Anyways looking for around $250 and you would have to pick it up..Its in Longview by the way..

How many miles on the rear, and does it make any noise(whining or other)?

 

Its great rear-end..Just pulled the cover off so I could get the backing plates off and everything looks perfect in there..No metal shavings anywhere at all..Rear-end didnt make any noises at all cept just a little on the decel..Been to the track 3 times with this rear-end and never got a 60' better than a 2.2(never hooked up) Upgraded to a Moser so I could slap some slicks on there and cut a good 60' so I dont need this rear-end anymore...Let me know..
