SA F BODY CRUISE TO ENNIS???
I know its a long drive but is anyone considering going up there? Don't know how to get there but maybe we could meet up with Austin or Houston F-Body groups. JUST A THOUGHT. If there is anyone interested post so we can see if its worth getting something together.
same question here, when do you want to go? I'm actually in austin right now, but i get back to san antonio on the 22nd. if there's time enough for me to settle back in and i don't have any conflicts i'm all over it.
Hey Clark I wasn't exactly planning to go BUT if enough people are interested i'll start making some quick plans. Maybe head up there the day before but supposedly theres not to many hotels up there. So anyone wanna go? Also anyone know anyone from any other f-body groups we can go with if not enough of our people wanna go?
Who's paying for my gas? I'll go if someone wants to foot the bill.
I get horrible gas mileage with the 3.73s cruising at 70+ mph. I actually just got back from spending 5 days in Dallas. I don't know if I want to make that drive again. We made it from Dallas to our house in just under 4 hours, though. Not too bad but I don't want to do it again any time soon. Count me out.......unless someone's paying for my gas of course............

I know Dark Angel was considering it as well. And if a few people decide they want to go then I'd be in for it too. In the newsletter SLP sent out there are actually a few hotels up there that are decent.

Im not trying to be downer but heres a question: why would we want to drive 3-4 hours to Ennis anyway? Is there something going on up there? I think it would be worth the drive for an NHRA event... Are we talking about the SLP day? I thought that had already passed.

No Dom, I believe SLP's customer appreciation day is on the 25th of this month. We don't just wanna go for a four hour drive up there. I got an idea we can see how fast we can make it up there and if anyone gets a ticket all who were included split the costs j/k. So whatta ya say, is anybody in?
me and the wife are thinking of going maybe we can get a convoy going up there?
