S.O.S <dfw lt1 specialists please respond>

ok so... here is my problem

i buy camaro it no worky.
i buy motor for camaro it in million pieces.
i can **** up mr potato head.
help!!!

^that was for some laughes.

i bought a camaro a while back that has a light knock/tap coming from the bottom end. i think that it could be a spun bearing. the guy i bought it from said he had the motor rebuilt, and the oil pick up tube fell out causing it to lose oil pressure ultimately causing the tap/knock it has now. after getting the car home, i decided in all my brilliance to buy another lt1 and rebuild it w/ some performance parts. problem is that the motor sat for a while and it now has some rust spots. also the thing was in pieces when i got it, but it does all seem to be there. now i find my self short on time and patience. now i just want to buy the parts and have someone else who has much more knowledge than myself build it, put it together, and put it in while giving me some advice. willing to pay for any service provided to get this thing moving i just cant go too crazy as i have bills too and i am just another working man who wants to play with his toy.

any and all comments welcome
i am in south arlington so if you are close that helps too.
