If you were considering a cooler civic i could see it, but an older wagon? There's just no reason to drive that. The 3rd gens aren't bad cars, they just rattle and not as fast as the 4th gen. My 87 GTA was a lot of fun. Not the fastest thing, but still fun. If it doesn't cost too much, i would go for it. You could finally quit wearing long sleeve shirts trying to hide that tattoo!

The plan as of right-now: Put the crap-o-matic on ebay and if i get enough money for it, then i can keep the '70 and proceed with the resto. Otherwise the firechicken's gotta go too.

Anyone want a civic? 30+mpg

Can you believe that at one time someone said "Damn I like that that car, It's worth it to me to make payments on that...."

Do civics have "grades" of cool? I think they all suck in the "coolness" department....

That being said, I think you should still keep the sh*tbox...

Now, I'm not a fan of civics any more than the next guy here, but you have to agree that a late model civic with a tastefully done body kit would be a hell of a lot better to drive than that beat up lunchbox.

We're not talking wings and chinese stickers are we?

LOL

Sign me up for the lunchbox (is it diesel?)

Im looking for a junker diesel right now to convert to a grease car (free gas).

I think an old Diesel VW rabbit would compliment the Hawk nicely, dont you think?

I dunno, The Canned Yams looks pretty nasty right now and has some awesome valve clatter to go with it! The last thing I need right now is another car the wife won't be seen in....

It was actually my grandfathers car. Apparently 90 year old men like driving stick-shift's with no power steering. Luckily he didnt even put 30K miles on it before I got it.

HA!!! like that makes it any better to drive.
