How do you like your t-tops?

Hey yellow94camaro:

Now that you have your t-topped car, what do you think? Hopefully it hasn't been raining down in H-town for ya. Let me know what you think of them.

Do you install t-tops? He told me you were doing it for him. How much was the final cost?? I would be interested in doing the conversion now since I get to keep my car

I am a huge T-top advocate. Both my cars have T-tops (the other is an NX2000).

Indifferent. I bought my car used, and it had the t-top option. Its nice to pull them off on a cool, sunny day, but I only pull them off ~5 days out of the year. The rest of the year I'd rather have a hardtop - I pull the t-top holders in the back out to get some more room for cargo (aka junk ).

Mine leak, but not excessively. I will get a few drops on the passenmger side if its raining hard.

hth,
Ryan

Word, I'd rather have a hardtop. The only time the t-tops are nice to have is when you're cleaning the interior in your car, then you don't have to be hunched all funny while you vacuum . Luckily mine don't leak, but that will probably change .

my T-tops have never leaked and I have seen some of redblurs quality ttop work...it is top notch......his t-top conversions never leak and look like they came from the factory!

from what I have seen t-tops that leak do because of bad treatment/ no maintenance......I have always put some conditioner on the weather stripping for the tops so when the sun hits on it it doesnt crack and harden leading to leaks.....
