I have access to use a shop. If you don't know, I worked for GM for a couple years and a few speed shops for another year. I have plenty of experience with this

Gear swap: $200, which includes all the miscellaneous parts ...like gear oil, gasket, seal, shims, & crush sleeve.
I will soon be able to supply Motive gears along with OEM Timken bearings at reasonable prices.
