Many of the Twin City car clubs are trying to organize a drag racing event to claim who is the king of the hill. We are looking to rent out Cedar Falls for a day this summer (we still have to talk to the track to set a day) and open it to all of the clubs. They include the MNFbody club, TCStangs, MNRacing.org, XRated, DSMStyle, etc. We are currently debating whether or not to allow cars that are over 15-16 seconds to participate as this will slow down the event a little bit, but it will make it much cheaper for the rest of us. We would like to open it up to all enthusiests (especially more f-bodies so we can claim the king of the hill ) If you want more info, you can check out this forum on forum mnracing.org. Also, if we are able to get enough people we may be able to have the best of both worlds: $50-$75 per car as well as keeping it to sub 15 second cars only. This would be for a full day of racing at Cedar Falls.

You might want to ask one of the MODS if you could sticky this in the lounge. Im from MN and never read this forum. I think it would get a better response in the other forum.
