Windshield weatherstripping/water on floorboards

Recently, i had my car taken in to have the ABS system looked at (i have Brake light on and ABS INOP light on). I dont know where the ABS stuff is located so i dont know what parts they removed to work on it.

Since having this done (they couldnt fix it cheaply so left it as is since its an old car) whenever it rains i get lots of water primarily in my driverside front floorboard under the mat. There is also some water in the rear driverside floorboard and some mild dampness on passenger rear floorboard. The front passenger side seems dry as a bone. I have checked the weatherstripping on the hatch and on the driver side door and cannot find anything easily apparent.

However, i DID find that the plastic bezel at the bottom of the windsheild (where the wipers rest) is very loose and im assuming they removed it and put it back on half-@$$ed. is there some weatherstripping in/around this plastic windsheild bezel that i should check? is this part usually removed to check the ABS system. ANY insight into this problem would be great! im trying to find the problem and fix it before it ruins my carpet any further or i get mildew/mold. Thanks guys!
