RPM Stutter on acceleration

Hey guys,
Haven't posted up in a while, but hope to get some help with this.
On acceleration, between about 1500 - 2500 rpm's, the car will "hiccup" on me, with rpm's dipping about 300 - 500 each hiccup. Doesn't happen when the car hasn't been driven in a while, ie: first start of the morning or after sitting at work all day, but if it's extra-hot out and the sun beating on her all day, then it happens sooner than usual. But after it's had time to warm up, it does it every time off a stop light. Only happens when the car is in gear. I've tried it in neut and park, needle hovers smooth with rpm's at 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000.

Things I've tried:
Plugs
Wires
Coil Packs (all three just for peace of mind)
Oil change
Trans fluid & filter change
Fuel filter
Injector Cleaner

Appreciate any thoughts.

A few things could cause this, a catalytic converter getting ready to plug up on you, ignition control module fixing to go bad or throttle position sensor not functioning right when warm. couple other possibilities but those are the main ones that come to mind with the symptoms. My 3.4 did that when the cat started to plug and when the ignition module started to go out, it eventually died on me before figuring it out, but got me home on 4 cylinders

Cool,
I'll check those out. I checked the TPS, but it was cool at the time and it looked fine. I'll have to let it get toasty and check it again.
Thanks for the response :)

also check Maf sensor. Should be getting a diagnostic code though from the check engine light when you connect the A and B terminals. Just one of many possibilities.
