Jumping cylinder misfires

I drive a 98 Camaro with the 3.8L V6. I had the Cylinder 5 misfire code, replaced all the spark plugs and spark wires (this being 2013 originals were still in there and 15 years old), and replaced the 2-5 engine coil. Thought everything was running well. On my way to auto parts store it starts to misfire again. Cylinder 4 misfire this time. Buy two more engine coils, replace them thinking everything will be fine. It is not. The car is no running worse with the new engine coils. Can anyone give me a heads up what I can do?

I don't know for sure but I am experiencing the same thing. Also my compression is low. I believe it is a worn out cam. I will let you know as soon as I find out. If you have fixed yours since then, what was the problem?
