Injectors not firing

Ive been working on my moms car a 95 camaro 3.4, and the injectors are not fireing, i can squirt gas in the TB and it will fire up but then soon die, what would cause the injectors to not be firing, pulsing whatever you would call it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, as im from thirdgen.org, and these are more electronically advanced than mine lol

Kevin

edit: its gettin gas too, i had her try to start it and i pressed in the relief valve on the fuel rail

fuses are good as well

Re: Injectors not firing

See which you are lacking. pull the injector connectors off and use a test light or meter. one side should have constant hot and the onther should pulse ground while cranking. Find out which you don't have

Re: Injectors not firing

OK i checked them, i could only get to 1 2 and 4, all had a hot side then when i check the other side none of them pulsed the light when trying to turn it over.

Re: Injectors not firing

ok i re read what you said, let me go do that again

OK i did as you said, and i could only get a pulse out of the #1 injector, nothing from 2 or 4, thats the only ones i can get to at this time. but im guessin all on the 1,3, and 5 are pulsing but none of the evens are whats causes this.

Re: Injectors not firing

ok. your goinng to need to check every one to make sure. but.

If you do have conatant hot on every one (the pink wire) and you have no pulse on every one excpet 1.. then you have an issue. Each pulsing ground signal for each injector comes from the PCM. If you had none then I would be saying you probably have a crank sensor issue. But if you have one or a few but not all. you might have a faulty PCM

Re: Injectors not firing

OK i fooled with it, and somehow got it running, i think a ground was loose, now i think i need a set of plugs, i know these are fouled, im also waiting for my dad to bring home the pipe that goes from the egr valve to the side of the intake, hers was broke, so im guessin that also has something to do with it.

thanks so much for your help.
