Headlight Casing Bolt Problem
 

I'm trying to put in clear corner Lights on my 2000 Camaro, I got the Right one in no problem. Moved on to the second and the One screw to get the Headlight out turns with the nut and neither doesnt move. Any suggestions how i can get this out.

The Middle is the bolt and the purple is the Nut, the nut just turns around with the bolt ans i try to loosen it
