Question best 3.8 exhaust?

Wondering if anyone could help me choose the right exhaust for my 97 camaro. My brother has a 94 with the 3.4 liter and has flowmaster exhaust...and it sounds like a v8, which is what I want. I have 3 friends with 3.8 camaros and they all sound "ricey" except for one has borla exhaust which sounds pretty good, just not as throaty as the flowmasters on my bro's 94. Borla is out of the picture for me because it will cost much more I assume. Would flowmaster be the way to go on this one? thanks.

Re: best 3.8 exhaust?

according to lots of ppl here the rumbler sounds good

on 3.8s the 80 series dont sound that great unless u get headers and a cat back as well to increase the air flow, if not id say go for a rumbler or lm
