I have a hollowed out cat from a 3.4 L that i no longer have. The heat sheild is a little banged up, but it makes no difference because its hollow. I posted in the for sale section and didnt get much, so i figured i would try here. It bolts right in to the I pipe, so you can keep your cat for inspection and run this one at the track or untill you need to pass the sniffer. If your interested let me at firebird1sz@yahoo.com

Yeah its for the exhaust. I thought when i posted, that i might get something in order of what you posted. I guess i should have called it a catalytic converter.

Or maybe a gutted gut, if your looking for one of them, try a chinesse resturant, they have them.
