Alarm trouble...Help

Ok this is the problem. When I lock my doors and start to walk away the alarm goes off. Then I hit the lock button and it stops and works like it should.I have a 1998 V6 RS.Anyone know anything about this? It's driving me crazy!
Thanks in advance.

There's a small white sensitivity **** on the shock sensor in the spare tire area - it doesn't turn much, but counterclockwise turns it down. If that doesn't work try unplugging the sensor and see if it goes away - if it does the sensor is probably bad, check to see if water somehow got to it also.
