My friend just got an 02 v6 5spd and was wondering what it will run in the quarter. I told him maybe mid 15s but i wasnt for sure. He was also wondering what kind of exaust sounds the best on the 3.8's. So any kind of info would help a lot. thanks

Well I have heard of them running 15.1 and 15.2 (stock) , but usually they run mid to high 15's . Alot of members said Ravin exhaust sounds good on the 3.8's , but im not sure of the others.

3.8L is a ricy sounding motor with exhasut.

I ran a 15.8 in my dads 2k, its about the same car as the 02. I probable with practice and drivng it more then 2 days could have squezed a 15.6 out of it. I was not used toe the shift points and where the clutch grabbed, compared to how it is on my 3.4L.
