Now by that statement IMO he was implying that the Cobras sound better and beat F-bodies on a regular basis. Whether it's true or not is really irrelivent. I don't know about your definition of durogatory but mine is anything negative or insulting and that certainly qualifies. Also note that there was no kill. This is NOT the lounge, this is the Kill story section and there was no actual kill story here.

While he did say he had respec (forgot the t in his post) for LS1/LT1 he then said Cobras rule! This could also be taken as durogatory because this is not a Mustang website. That's like going to Fenway park and shouting to the crowd that while you think the Red Sox play well, Yankees rule! Accurate or not accurate it's unappropriate either way.

This is not IMO a question of how good the 03/04 Cobra is as a car or engine. I know how good they are and what they can do. I respect the car. I for one think Ford should be applauded for that move as well as the newer Mach 1's. But lets not totally lose sight of the fact that a Mustang owner came here with the basic intention of "rubbing it in" that Ford had a current model vehicle that produces insane numbers and sounds good and we don't.

It seems that the guy who started this thread does not follow that same philosaphy. Neither do some of the F-body owners here (but not nearly all of them). Perhaps if he would have put this in the lounge and chosen his words a tad more carefully this whole argument could have been avoided.
