I race preaty much everyday, always for fun. Yesterday i met a guy in a 04 rsx type s, that had a carbon fiber hood, intake and exhaust and said he wanted to run for 100 dlls. I figured he probably had something else in the car so i just told him id race him for fun, then he said 50dlls, so i told him 10 dlls to cover the gas, so he agreed. We went from a dig, and up to 105 where my speed limiter hits (stupid new computer). I had several cars on the guy. I wish i would of raced him for the 100 dlls, but his cockyness made me think he was running way faster than he did. Atleast i got 10 bucks on my first money race.

Those rsx's are dogs, i dont know what that guy was thinking betting, especially w/ so few mods, he probably beat one ragged out LT1 and thought he could beat em all

yeah i dont think the RSX's are quick at all. My friend has a type S and he raced against my V6 from a roll at about 60 and by the time we both shut down we were pretty much even. He said he was on it the whole time also so i dont know what was up, i thought it would be quicker but it wasnt. My car was stock at the time too and its an A4. Are they really that slow or was he just not a good driver?

Good crushing on the RSX. I thought they were faster than they actually are; apparently I didn't pay much attention to how slow they actually are:

According to talk on forums.clubrsx.com it's apparently a good thing to make it into the 14s with a Type S.
