Finally got the dyno numbers for my new engine

The engine peaked around 6900 rpm. Just need to get some wheels and drag radials then make a pass.

Re: Finally got the dyno numbers for my new engine

Congrats, I know how good it feels when goals are reached. My NA LT1 383 finally hit 427 RWHP on a Mustang dyno after many tweaks due to several self-imposed limiting requirements (full emissions compliance, single exhaust tubing, rev limiter at 6500, OEM intake and heads, etc). Enjoy!!!

Re: Finally got the dyno numbers for my new engine

Great results, particularly through the TH400. I had engine dyno results and chassis dyno results for the original T56, and then for the TH400. 425 HP at the rear wheels (13.3% loss) with the T56, and dropped to 390 at the rear wheels through the TH400, with non-locking converter (20.4% loss).

Would appear you are around 570 HP at the flywheel. Excellent!
