Where is the ABS Control Module?

Hope someone can help me. I have a 2002 Z28 with traction control and the ABS, brake light and ASR lights come on after driving a mile or so. They stay on until the car sits overnight. Brought it to the dealer and they diagnosed the problem. Told me that I need to replace the ABS Brake Control Module. They wanted $800 for the module and $200 to install it.

I checked around and can get one brand new for about $480, but the dealer wouldn't tell me where it is in the car. Does anybody know where it's located? Thanks.

If it is like previous years, it is tucked under the upper LH side of the dash.
